At Caliber we provide YOU with the online courses, in person or virtual trainings and large group presentations that you need to keep your business cutting edge and your skills ready to meet the needs of your clients. We empower you to align with your values while successfully building your business. Our trainings and presentations are taught by a licensed counselor/suicidologist who has personal experience with trauma, marginalization, suicidal ideation and with losing folks to suicide. Our course are designed to be gritty, practical and inclusive of folks who are gender expansive, queer, disabled and neurodivergent.
Meet Jess
Hello! My name is Jess and I am an entrepreneur, visionary, trauma therapist and suicidologist. I am trans/non-binary and use they/them pronouns. One of my greatest passions in my work is to empower fellow organization leaders to implement mental health based information into their daily practices and to support those who are invested in helping their communities prevent loss of life due to suicide. It is an honor to work with fellow clinicians, government agencies, non-profits and organizations that are dissatisfied with mediocrity. I look forward to connecting with you and seeing what we can create together.

I have a doctorate in Education with an emphasis in Organizational Psychology, a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and I have experience as a trauma therapist, business owner, team leader, coach, educator and started my early career working in EMS on my beautiful ambulance. Most importantly, I leverage my education and experience to provide you with pertinent, usable and highly supported resources to empower your goals.
